POLICIES

These Policies set out key principles of the regulatory framework for the Overseas Territories and are important documents in controlling the process of regulation. They are for the use and guidance of regulatory staff of the Overseas Territories Aviation Authorities and of ASSI and are equally applicable throughout the Territories.

Policy Statements are subject to ASSI's formal consultation process set out in Policy Statement No 30 'Consultation'
