OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
The regulatory service response standard provides guidance as to the amount of time you can expect it will take for BCAA to complete a specific service function. We have developed these timelines as part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring quality customer service.
We acknowledge that occasionally, due to unforeseen operational circumstances, requests of a more urgent nature may be made and BCAA will make every effort to accommodate them, although no timescale can be guaranteed.
The estimated times below are in business days, and will start when we have received all the required documentation. Please note that these response times are dependent on the quality of the submission.
