Public Access to Information
The Public Access to Information (PATI) Act 2010 generally provides that the public has a right to obtain access to information held by public authorities to the greatest extent possible, subject to exceptions that are in the public interest. PATI increases transparency, eliminates unnecessary secrecy and increases the accountability of public authorities.
Subject to PATI, any Bermudian or resident of Bermuda may make a request from the Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority (BCAA).
