Overseas Territories Advisory Circulars

ASSI is a subsidiary company of the United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority. ASSI's primary objective is to help provide a cohesive system of civil aviation safety legislation and requirements in the UK OTs. In addition to producing legislation and requirements, ASSI also develops Overseas Territories Advisory Circulars (OTACs) which for the most part are applicable in Bermuda.

BCAA also produces Bermuda Advisory Circulars (BACs) and Notices which supplement ASSI OTACs or provide guidance particular to BCAA stakeholders. The matrix below provides guidance on the applicability of OTACs to BCAA stakeholders and also provides links to both OTACs and BACs.
