Acceptance of Type Design Approved by ANAC
The Embraer Certification Office made application to the Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority (BCAA) requesting a Deviation to OTAR 21.25 to permit Bermuda to issue a Type Acceptance Certificate for a Type Design that has been approved by National Civil Aviation Agency – Brazil (ANAC).
BCAA has conducted a risk assessment and determine that issuing a Deviation to the OTAR 21.25 would provide an equivalent level of safety. A copy of the Deviation can be found here.
